Women in Longview Day will be Thursday, March 27, 2008 at Maude Cobb Convention Center in Longview, Texas. It’s time to reserve your exhibit space. For those of you who have exhibited with us before, welcome back!!
For those who don’t know, Women in Longview Day is a half-day program of events designed to provide the women of our community with opportunities to learn from each other and the speakers. Each year, the event attracts more than 400 participants of diverse ages, backgrounds and interests. Many are career women in various fields: education, counseling, sales, medicine, administration, clerical, communication and banking. Many others are homemakers or retired women.
We can promise you an event that will be well attended and worthy of your participation.
Exhibit Fees:
For Profit - $125 Non-profit Booth = $50
***Your exhibit fee must accompany your reservation. Statements will not be sent.***
A map of the exhibit spaces is below. Please indicate your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices for your space. We will try very hard to accommodate you. Assignments will be made on a first come/first serve basis.
General Guidelines:
1. Display and merchandise may be offered for sale.
2. Exhibits may be closed during speaker sessions but need not be. They will be closed during lunch. No breakdown of the booth is allowed during lunch.
3. Each exhibit space is 8’ x 10’. We will provide one (1) 8’ table and two (2) chairs.
4. We will drape the sides and back of the booth.
5. One table will be skirted; additional table and skirting must be requested in advance.
6. Decorating for your tabletop, including cloth. is your own responsibility.
7. Electric outlets are available for no charge if you furnish your own extension cords.
8. Lunch tickets are $15 each for the first two tickets and $20 for additional tickets. Price includes the continental breakfast, refreshments at breaks, all seminars and lunch. Order lunch tickets in advance; a very limited number will be available the day of the event. The ticket cost is not included in your exhibit fee. Tickets purchased at ticket outlets will be $20.00.
