APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Dear Applicant:

Please submit, together in one packet, the following information:

1. Completed Application Form: Form is enclosed. Please completely answer all questions.

2. Letters of Recommendation: Two letters of recommendation should be solicited from individuals other than immediate family. This includes friends, employers, a pastor, anyone who can speak to your ability to complete the course of study you have outlined in your application. They will understand your abilities, motivation, and potential for success.

3. Financial Information: The scholarship is intended for a returning student who would have difficulty paying for school. Please provide information about your need for this assistance.

Applicants must reside in Gregg County. Packets must be postmarked no later than February 24, 2012 and mailed to:
